From your perspective as a storyteller, make a film that can has both both next generation AI visuals AND an impactful narrative. No matter the technology, there has to be a good idea behind it.

Narrative Requirements
- Must feature an original story.
- Must have a visual element made with a Text-To-Video, Image-To-Video, or Video-To-Video AI tool.
- Maximum length of 240 seconds/4 minutes.
- Maximum size of 750 Mb.
- No watermark.
- Rendered at either a 16:9 aspect ratio (1920x1080) OR 9:16 aspect ratio (1080x1920).
- Export in an .mp4 or .webm format.
- Films that have been made outside of the competition window (June 17th-July 15th) are ineligible for awards.
