Each of the main categories all have the same prize pools. Participants can make multiple submissions to a single category or submit films to multiple categories, however each unique film can only be submitted to a single category.

Sponsor Awards are independent of prizes of other categories, meaning that it's possible to win BOTH a Sponsor Award AND a Main Category Award. In order to be eligible for a Sponsor Award, you need to use that company's tooling in a significant way.
